Mashed from 100% American Malted Barley, Clermont Steep is a 5-year-old liquid distilled and aged in Clermont, Kentucky – in bespoke barrels that were toasted, then quickly charred to a char level 1. Islay, Scotland - An all-malt Scotch whisky, malted barley is dried over a peat fire for a unique full, rich flavor. Aroma and flavors are of blue peat smoke, the sweet nuttiness of the barley, the delicate heathery perfume of Islay's streams.

Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum is an elegant and complex sipping Rum, carefully crafted from the purest of sugar cane honeys. It is delicately distilled in ancient copper pot stills and aged in small oak casks for up to 12 years, resulting in a unique body with excellent balance. This rum is complex and characterful, with notes of maple syrup, orange peel, brown sugar 

This Reposado rests for two months in large oak vats to ensure minimal contact with the wood, giving it a livelier agave taste than most wood-treated tequilas. It’s light in color with a floral-vanilla scent and has a distinct, smoky finish.

Plata is a classic blanco tequila, a pure embodiment of the clean, natural flavors of the finest agave. Its floral, herbal notes are perfectly complemented by hints of clove, almond and fresh wood, coupled with a zesty finish.

The nose is tangerine with a little bit of oak and toasted black pepper. It's soft on the nose. The palate is where this one starts to shine. There's tons of ripe fruit. Lots of baking spice. It's candied fruit topped with dried chili flakes. The competing flavor profiles work well to elevate the whiskey. The finish brings the palate in for a soft landing. It's lighter with some nice oak and fruit.
